I've always admired Japanese cuisine's attention to detail when it comes to the presentation of food. They have invented a lot of things when it comes to their cuisine and the way they showcase the beauty of the food. It's unlike anything else in the world that's why their style is remarkable all over the world. They are also very good when it comes to their marketing style because they have captured everyone's attention, including me; with the "bento box" style of food presentation.
Today, I had the pleasure of dining at Shen Zhou Mei Shi's hawker stall to try their version of the Mackarel & Beef Bento box.
