Sudden craving for Briyani Chicken

It’s been a while since I last ate a bountiful serving of Chicken Briyani 😅. Last night, I crave for it so I went to one of my favorite spot to get one. I’m lucky that they still have available Briyani even though it’s already late. In my previous visits, I wasn’t lucky enough as it’s always sold out. It’s frustrating because Briyani is not quite common in Indian hawker stalls but they don’t have it through out the day. It requires many hours of preparation so they can only make one batch per day.
