I use Grab in Thailand and Vietnam all the time. I love it as a company because it makes life so easy for people, especially people who do not speak the language of the country they are in at the time. I used Grab last night for dinner, actually.
I have heard that restaurants really don't like that Grab and companies like them are basically in charge now though because they take 20% or more for all orders and therefore restaurants have to charge more for their products.
