Thank you, my builders have some downtime soon and I might be able to do something with only $500 to $800 for an ASEAN Hive bungalow. Alternatively, I am offering up this project to my daughter @srey-yuu, who has $300+ in HBD Savings, enough to finance a micro bungalow.
