I'm with you on preferring the routine at this point. I do love travelling, but when I do it, I prefer to make it a bit lengthy just because it does mean I can relax and feel less like I'm living out of backpacks or luggage. And the thought of airports and flying is always stressful. Just that general atmosphere of a place so serious and busy really keeps you on edge and wanting it over and done with.

Hopefully your flight back is fast and stress free.

the trip back was actually very comfortable. I never pay for seat selection and other BS add ons that the budget airlines sneakily attempt to charge you for and just by sheer luck, I ended up with really good seats in the front of the plane. They normally charge extra for this but I guess they ran out of cheap seats and I got bumped to the front for free. :)
