Authentic Thai restaurant in Malaysia, cooked by Thai people..

Thai restaurants in Malaysia are quite rare. Or if they do exist, they have been modified to suit the tastes of the people in this country. It is rare for me to find a Thai restaurant that is 100% Thai-made, like this one. This is a small restaurant in a food court. In fact, there are many other types of food shops, but the one that caught my eye the most and reminded me of the Thai atmosphere was the Thai made-to-order restaurant. I walked straight to the restaurant and stood looking at the menu on the sign in front. After that, I leaned my head in and called the staff, so I spoke Thai to them without thinking anything. And it was true as I thought, haha. All the staff were Thai and spoke Thai very clearly. So I was sure that this meal would be 100% Thai food. And I ordered 1 Thai dish to eat. There was one dish that I didn't eat because he thought it wouldn't taste like authentic Thai food. So he ordered noodles to eat with his children.

"Stir-fried Kale with Crispy Pork" is the food I chose to eat today. It's actually easy to make, but I didn't make it myself. It's complicated because I have to make the pork crispy first, so I don't make it very often. I usually make it as a normal stir-fried pork with basil. This shop actually has many menus, the most outstanding of which is the papaya in front of the shop, haha. Here, I don't often see Malaysians eating raw papaya. When I saw raw papaya, I understood that there must be som tam for sure. I looked at the menu with interest for a while. There were many menus to choose from, and they were all Thai food that I wanted to eat. I understood that I couldn't finish it all by myself if I had to order many menus. So I just thought about how much I wanted to eat. If I couldn't finish it, I shouldn't order it and throw it away because there are still many people in this world who are hungry and don't have food to eat. So I ordered just enough to eat. The food I ordered was authentic Thai food and I can confirm that it was delicious. There is also a delivery service for people who order through foodpanda and other apps that can order Thai food. I saw 3-4 vendors working hard in the kitchen without stopping to rest while I was eating. Which made me think that there might be a lot of Thai people in this area. Who still want Thai food and the price is not as expensive as luxury restaurants. While other restaurants at this time, the staff were still sitting happily playing with their phones, waiting for customers to come in to use the service, but the Thai restaurant did not have any customers during the time I was there. It is considered a restaurant that. And this is my small feeling of pride in seeing Thai people working hard to make a living abroad. I am also surprised when I see Thai brothers and sisters abroad happy and living a life without starvation. It makes me feel proud in an indescribable way. Haha, I may be a bit too sensitive.
