🌾 Picking Thysanolaena, Stolen Banana, & Weed Pulling Project! 🌱

A day without the internet, and pulling weed. A lot of free bananas, picking Thysanolaena for making brooms and for fun.

My dad gave me and my siter a project but it went well for the first half hours. It took 3 days to finished it because we only do it a little every day. My mom did the most work. I helped too a little but more than my sister. Ah Boom also help but he is just picking the top off.

My dad told us to pull the weeds from our front house to the bathroom. There are a lot of weed and I was a little afraid of the snakes. Every time I pull the weeds I always look around making sure there are so snakes. My sister stop working after she saw an ich worm.

Two days ago my sister and my dad went to Thmor Da because a machine at the internet tower is broken. They got it fixed by the end of the day. My sister is sure having fun because she didn't have lunch so she can eat junk food and two bottles of soy milk. Get to do no house work and chilling at the back of the tuk-tuk. This bananas my uncle took it from an abandon farm. I don't really like that kind of banana and the only two kind of bananas that I like, but I don't know the name of it.

Here it is the Thysanolaena season (Broom Plants). People buy them to make brooms. It is 1000 riel per Kilo and that is about $0.25. A lot of kids and adults go to different places to pick them and sell them. I have a friend and her grandma and her mom or her aunt make brooms and sell them. It costs 3000 riel or $0.75 per broom. It is cheap and most place sell them for 5000 riel ($1.25). My teachers bought about 30 of them for the school but she put the other 25 in the principal office and the other five are in 6th grade but 2nd grade always borrow them and they didn't give it back. After a few weeks there are only 1 broom left that a classmate of mine been hiding at the back.
