I present to your attention the peaceful process of feeding the koi carp that live with our friends.
While my daughter was feeding them humanitarian canned meat, I was filming.

This is my entrie to the ASEAN Hive Community Challenge #60
From several once donated fry, such a huge flock has grown.
They survived one wintering in this place.
Some of them overwintered in a home aquarium, they were warm, they ate well and grew larger.
Smaller carps hibernated at the bottom of this pond and, in a state of suspended animation, consumed less food during the winter than their domestic counterparts.
