Monomad: At Lunch, Please Do Not Disturb!

In the last few days, I've come across a lot of jumping spiders of various species. I don't know if this is just a coincidence, but I really love it.

Most of them can't be captured easily. Yeah, you certainly also know that the jumping spider is one of the small animals that are very active. However, there were occasional moments where they were calmer than usual; those are the times when they are catching their prey. They tend to move less to keep their prey from slipping out of their grip. Well, that's the best moment to shoot them.

Here is the tan jumping spider (Platycryptus undatus) with its prey that I captured using a smartphone camera plus an external macro lens. I'll be submitting these pics as my entry for the #monomad challenge.
