This is another entry I submitted for the daily #monoamd challenge. Yes, as usual, some macro pics were captured with the phone's camera.
Harlequin bug! This is a beautiful beetle but an annoying one. Several times this bug sprayed the smelly liquid from its abdomen when I was taking pictures. What a bad pungent smell, even more, smelly than urine!
Sometimes you have to be patient when dealing with this kind of beetle.
But that's not a big deal when it gives you macro shots with great poses.
Shortly after finishing my work, I gave the bug a suggestion, "Hey buddy! Next time you use deodorant so that the bad smell of your urine is drowned out by the smell of deodorant perfume!" 😷
But at other times I've thought of something to anticipate the bad thing. I have to use a nose mask. LOL!
