Here´s my daily entry to #monomad
Today i share another magical corner of this small but immensely beautiful country.
Fortunately and largely due to the revenue that comes from Tourism, the government and especially the municipalities have invested in preserving and investing in the abundant natural resources in these parts.
I still prefer nature in its wildest state, but from time to time it also feels good to find some accessible and perfectly preserved paths that allow for a relaxing walk along a river.
And it was on one of these walks that we found him in the middle of the river, a recreational fisherman, and almost perfectly in tune with the surrounding space, and we almost passed without even realizing his presence.
On the way back we exchanged a few words and he said that he was training for some fishing championships, and what they actually do is to capture the largest number of fish through a means that does not harm the fish and soon after being captured it is counted and returned to the river.
For the animal it shouldn't be a very pleasant experience, but in the midst of everything you usually see around, it's not bad at all.
