A captivating airport: Ezeiza, Buenos Aires | MONOMAD Challenge

Hello my dear friends from the Black and White and Liketu communities in this beautiful Hive ecosystem, it's a pleasure to be here for another day.

In this opportunity and in this #monomad challenge of the day, I come to tell you a little about Buenos Aires, and I will focus on Ezeiza airport, a structure created not exclusively for the arrival and departure of planes, but also to capture the looks and attention of travelers.

When I entered the first time, I had to go to a fairly simple sector, which was when I tried to retrieve my suitcase, this part I already knew. But when we went to the airport with my father to return to Mendoza, we had to look for the door where we had to do the pre-boarding, the thing is that we got lost, and we thought that our plane was leaving from where you are seeing the pictures, but no, this was for international flights, for travel within the country had to leave this area, go through a narrow open gallery, and so you got to the other sector.

Anyway, getting lost was a marvel, as we were lucky enough to get to know this part of Ezeiza airport that neither of us had any idea existed.

There are only two photos that correspond to the external part of the airport. I wanted to add them because it is also very nice on the outside. The photos were taken during the day when I tried to retrieve the luggage.

The rest of the pictures are from inside the airport and I took them at night, but well, they would have been seen this way anyway, since the windows are on the side. I still think the night may have intensified the effect of the cool lights on the ceilings that form a constant dynamic effect.

Because there are so many curves but at the same time because they are so orderly, the feeling is of a constant flow in the airport. In addition, the symmetry somehow helps this effect, which is even a bit psychedelic in the best sense of the word.

I was fascinated and so was my dad. Several times I stopped to observe the structure and noticed more travelers doing the same.

The black and white in these images seemed perfect to me, as I figured it would intensify the shapes, and it did.

Un aeropuerto cautivante: Ezeiza, Buenos Aires | MONOMAD Challenge

Hola mis queridos amigos de las comunidades de Black and White y de Liketu en este hermoso ecosistema de Hive, es un placer estar por aquí un día más.

En esta oportunidad y en este #monomad challenge del día, vengo a contarles un poco sobre Buenos Aires, y haré foco en el aeropuerto de Ezeiza, una estructura creada no exclusivamente para la llegada y salida de aviones, sino también para capturar las miradas y la atención de los viajantes.

Cuando entré la primera vez, tuve que ir a un sector bastante sencillo, que fue cuando intenté recuperar mi maleta, a esta parte ya la conocía. Pero cuando fuimos al aeropuerto con mi padre para regresar a Mendoza, ya tuvimos que buscar la puerta por donde debíamos hacer el pre-embarque, el tema es que nos perdimos, y creímos que nuestro avión salía desde donde están viendo las fotos, pero no, esto era para vuelos internacionales, para viajes dentro del país había que salir de esta zona, atravesar una estrecha galería abierta, y así llegabas al otro sector.

Igualmente, perdernos fue una maravilla, ya que tuvimos la suerte de conocer toda esta parte del aeropuerto de Ezeiza que ninguno de los dos tenía idea que existía.

Hay únicamente dos fotos que corresponden a la parte externa del aeropuerto. Quise agregarlas porque también es muy bonito por fuera. Las fotos fueron tomadas de día en el momento que intenté la recuperación del equipaje.

El resto de las imágenes son del interior del aeropuerto y las tomé de noche, pero bueno, se hubiesen visto igualmente de esta manera, ya que las ventanas están a un costado. Igual creo que la noche puede haber intensificado el efecto de las geniales luces que están en los techos y que forman un efecto de dinamismo constante.

Al haber tantas curvas pero al mismo tiempo al estar estas tan ordenadas, la sensación es de un constante fluir en el aeropuerto. Además, la simetría ayuda de alguna manera a este efecto, que hasta es un poco psicodélico en el mejor de los sentidos al estar ahí.

Quedé fascinada y mi papá también. Varias veces me detuve a observar la estructura y noté que más viajeros hacían lo mismo.

El blanco y negro en estas imágenes me pareció perfecto, ya que supuse que intensificaría las formas, y así fue.
