It's Wednesday, I should be going for a walk but it's fucking cold. Does walking to the coffee pot count for the #wednesdaywalk? Probably not. Nothing to shoot between here and there no ways.
Think I'll just have to call in, let'em know I'm sick of winter. Got plenty of walks stored away that have never seen the light of day, best just dust one of them off.
Ever been someplace where it seemed like the Earth itself was out to get you? If not, I suggest you go for a stroll in Yellowstone National Park. Better mind your step though, or it may well be the end of you.
Park sits atop a supervolcano and you can tell. The lovely smell of sulfur permeates the air and the dead trees wear bobby socks.
In some places here the water temperature is higher than the boiling point of water and all sorts of unpleasantness lurks just beneath the surface of the soil, so sticking to the trail becomes a matter of some import.
You can see the Grand Canyon from there! Has it's own personalized Grand Canyon that is...
And plenty of steamy scenes...
There's plenty of killer wildlife, if that's your sort of thing.
If you're curious or bored, there's even a book about all the ways people have died there.
