Cata Bay is one of the most spectacular beaches we have in our country Venezuela, it is located in Aragua and is characterized by its beautiful crystal clear blue waters, to get there you have to go through the Henri Pittier Park and go through gigantic trees and dense jungle vegetation. La bahía de Cata es una de las playas más espectaculares que tenemos en nuestro país Venezuela, queda en el estado Aragua y se caracteriza por sus hermosas aguas cristalinas y azules, para llegar a ella tienes que pasar por el parque Henri Pittier y atravesar árboles gigantescos y una vegetación densa y selvática. That's why I thought it would be interesting to include in this black and white photo challenge the photos of a place where the colors paradoxically stand out. The subject of color is a whole world to explore and even more to be able to obtain a language of communication through only the grayscale, its contrasts, temperature and brightness.

Por eso me pareció interesante incluir en este reto de fotografías Blanco y negro las fotos de un lugar en donde resalten paradógicamente los colores. El tema del color es todo un mundo a explorar y más aún poder obtener un lenguaje de comunicación a través de sólo la escala de grises, sus contrastes, temperatura y brillos.

That day the clouds helped to give a special touch to the landscape, then it rained and the beach was no longer crystal clear, but it was still a day to enjoy.

Ese día las nubes ayudaron a dar un toque especial al paisaje, luego llovió y la playa dejó de estar cristalina, pero igual fue un día para disfrutar.

My trip was on this occasion to participate in an open water race, hence the balls and people getting ready for the competition. It was a very pleasant experience.

Mi viaje fue en esta ocasión fue para participar en un aguas abiertas, por eso las bollas y la gente preparándose para la competencia. Fue una muy grata experiencia.

Before the evening fell some musicians began to play their drums and sing, it is very common in the coastal areas that people celebrate with their songs on special days, at parties and gatherings.

Antes de que cayera la tarde unos músicos comenzaron a tocar sus tambores y a cantar, es muy común en las zonas costeras que la gente celebre con sus cantos en días especiales, en fiestas y reuniones.
