Whenever I go on a trip to a magical town, I have to photograph the doors of their houses, it is like a ritual, because not only their little stone streets are common but so are the doors of the houses and stores.
These are some images of doors with colonial architecture that have caught my attention, they are doors of houses, temples and stores.
They say that the entrance door to our houses are the ones that give the first impression to the visitor, what impression would it give you to enter a house that has an image like the third door? To me it would give me the impression of entering the house of a collector of antique images, and I think the images would not be very pleasant.
Anyway, I think the front door should provide security for the whole house, and invite you to get to know it.
