Classic Modeling photography- monomad daily chalenge

Hello everyone in the black and white community! I hope everything is going well there. I am Menti, and I am back with another photography and blog post, this time featuring a male model with broad shoulders.

I took these photos in a classic style, with my model wearing a suit and sitting on a royal sofa. I also took some standing and portrait shots.

Lighting Setup:

For this shoot, I used one light for the background and one main light, which was my key light, at a 45-degree angle to my model. I stood in front of him and started taking photos.

Model and Composition:

My model had slightly dark skin, so I tried to compensate for this with careful lighting. I positioned him exactly in the middle of the columns, so that the columns were aligned with the edges of my frame. He also stood in line with the columns, which created a fantastic composition for the photo.
I asked my model to sit on a chair so that I could take a picture of her sitting in a relaxed style. Also, when I wanted to take a picture of her face, because when she was leaning on the chair, her body posture was better and she had more tessellation, in this position took shot.

I shot this in black and white to reduce the clutter in the frames and focus more on my model and his expressions and gestures.
This was an awesome photoshoot, and I was able to make good use of one of my studio sets. The set had a good depth of field, and the distance between my model and the background wall was large enough to create well-lit photos with exceptional sharpness.

I strive to capture stunning photos of all my models at their best. To achieve this, I make an effort to connect with them and take the time to photograph them from various angles.
I am very happy with the results of this shoot. I think the black and white style really suits the classic look of the photos. I hope you enjoy them!
