Monomad: Cosplay from the Comic Expo

One of my favorite subjects to capture is cosplay, it essentially makes my work easy as the creativity I am sharing isn't something I have to add much to. Framing, getting a good exposure, and getting the image reasonably sharp are where I focus, and the cosplayers tend to do the rest with their spectacular costumes. I have seen things I never thought I would: Lego people brought to life, Final Fantasy characters and their giant swords, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and giant walking trees. I couldn't plan something like this if I tried, so I am always grateful to get the chance to do this type of photography and just have fun with it!
