Hello to all dear Hive friends, hope you are well, this is my entry for the #monomad challenge.

Que es La Habana?

La Habana es la capital de Cuba , es la ciudad que fue española y fue Inglesa.

Son un montón de edificios de ecléctica construcción.
Son su gente que una vez fue alegre.
Son un tambor rompiéndose en un solar, al compás del dos por tres en esos días de santo.
Dos adolescentes apretando en la escalera.
Los niños jugando bolas.
Una vecina chismosa.
Una botella de Ron.

What is Havana?

Havana is the capital of Cuba, the city that was once Spanish and English.

It is a bunch of buildings of eclectic construction.
They are its people who were once cheerful.
They are a drum breaking in a lot, to the beat of two by three in those saintly days.
Two teenagers squeezing on the stairs.
Children playing balls.
A gossipy neighbor.
A bottle of rum.

La Habana es la brisa en el malecón , cuando se va luz y el calor aprieta.

Es la gritería y la pitadera de carro y pon el motor que se fue el agua.

La Habana se maquilla para el turista casual que busca en la noche el ímpetu gozoso de un cuerpo caliente.

Es la que se cae, y se reinventa.

Es la que llora y sueña.

La Habana tiene un hijo preso y otro que se marchó.

Hasta cuando señor mío , dice la viejecita en la 5ta cola del día.

Havana is the breeze on the Malecon, when the light goes out and the heat is tight.

It's the shouting and the car's beeping and put the engine on because the water is gone.

Havana makes itself up for the casual tourist who seeks in the night the joyful impetus of a warm body.

It is the one that falls and reinvents itself.

It is the one that cries and dreams.

Havana has a son who is a prisoner and another who has left.

Until when, my lord, says the old lady in the 5th queue of the day.

Amor y odio

Espera , espera que ya mejora ...

Ojalá que si , espero que no...

De pinga mi barrio mi gente mi dominó...

Que asfixia, que duro, que no que no, que no se puede, que habla bajito , que mejor te callas. Quién eres tú ?!

Melancolía, separación ir y venir.

Abrazo urgente y sino te tengo , que amor que ganas.

Que fuerte eres para resister y que débil para defenderte.

Que cielo más azul, que mar tan bello, que sol que guarda tan grandes sueños.

Melancholy, separation come and go

What a blue sky. what a beautiful sea. what a sun that keeps so big dreams

No me hagan caso amigos que yo estoy loco y esto es un grito desconsolado de un corazón que se muere de frío y de sueños rotos, de no volar de no saber cuándo parar y de no rendirse.

Don't listen to me friends, I am crazy and this is a disconsolate cry of a heart that is dying of cold and broken dreams, of not flying, of not knowing when to stop and not giving up.
