Hello and greetings everyone in the community. I hope all of you are doing great. It has been a very long time since my last post in the community. I hope that you guys still remember me here.

Today I want to share a collection of headshots that I took recently. These headshots was taken during a modeling class. One of the coach reached out to me and ask if I can do a photoshoot of his students. I agree and I at starts I did not have any plan for the photoshoot. I was thinking of a simple shoot for their portfolios.

After reaching the studio, I realize that all of them was wearing black and jacket for the class. I thought of doing some brand shoot with the jacket, but unfortunately, the trigger that I brought for the studio lighting was not able to function properly. I had to replace the battery but still It cannot communicate with the studio lighting.

I had to improvise, I changed the lighting from strobe lighting to a continuous lighting. I used a beauty dish with a honeycomb for the main light. I used one more strobe lighting and set it up at the back for a rim lighting.

Since I cannot use higher light output, I considered the setup as a low light studio setup. I had to use a the lowest aperture (f) value for the shoot.
