Seeking God first isn't about ignoring life's needs. Instead, it's about putting him above them, trusting that by doing so, he'll take care of the rest. Think of it like stacking blocks. When God is the foundation, everything else falls in place. Let God be your guide.
Seeking God is like adjusting the sails on a boat. No matter how strong the winds blow, he keeps you steady and headed in the right direction. When life feels uncertain or decisions feel overwhelming, let God be the one to direct you.
Proverbs 3 verses 5 to 6 says, trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him and he will make your path straight.
By seeking him first, we don't rely solely on our reasoning. It's like using a map that leads us in the right Ensuring we don't get lost in the complexities of life. The farmer's faith, planting before seeing the harvest.
Farmers plant seeds and then wait. They trust that with time, sun, and water, their seeds will grow. Likewise, seeking God first often involves trust before reward.
Hebrews 11 verse 1 reminds us, now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.
