Ca me donne envie de ressortir ma machine à pain et d'essayer, c'est bizarre que ça monte mieux avec la farine complète, ce n'est pas le cas d'habitude, mais peut être que la farine sans gluten monte moins bien que la farine normale.

Notre diététicienne a dit que la farine sans gluten n'était pas facile à faire monter, donc, ce n'est pas notre faute .. A force d'essayer, on finira bien par trouver la bonne façon de procéder ;)
