When my grandchildren were small one day they were sitting here and one of them asked the other 'what is your favorite color?' They both decided that their favorite color was blue.
Then they asked me. 'Lollie? What is your favorite color?' To show them that it was OK to be different, I randomly said yellow.
They have never forgotten. They would proclaim, 'Lollie would love that because it's yellow'. Gift choices they have made over the years are yellow.
Be careful what you tell children!
It's a good thing that I do enjoy yellow!

Kids are awesome that way. We don't have grandkids but we now live near my wife's cousin who has 3 little girls. I gotta admit I'm loving seeing the world through the eyes of a child again 😊
