The May Day holidays have ended, and everyone is settling back into their routines. About a week ago, I shared some photos from my trip to the island of Pag. That was my Monday Walk, but I still have plenty more to share.
Today, I want to share a walk I took along the empty beaches the very next day, on Tuesday, April 28. It might as well have been called the Tuesday Walk.
In Pag Bay, every little cove is actually a sort of beach where people usually come to sunbathe or swim. Some can only be reached by foot or boat. But since tourist season hasn't started yet, all of them were completely empty.

Other than me, my wife, and her friend, there was no one else around. We walked along the coast and followed rocky paths and trails, starting at Sv. Duh Beach, where we keep our camp trailer, and heading to Prnjica Beach. The whole hike was about 7 kilometers round trip.

This beach is called “Čista” (Clean in English). One of the better-known beaches on the island, it’s also well-maintained, with a restaurant next to it that opens during the season. As I mentioned, everything was empty, no one was anywhere except the seagulls and us.

On the other side of the bay, we can see villages that have now become tourist resorts with apartments and rooms, and in the background, the Velebit mountain range, which is already on the mainland.

This part of the island is completely rocky, with only sparse grass and shrubs, and no trees. The conditions are very extreme, with temperatures exceeding 40°C in the summer, so sun protection is a must if anyone heads there. Still, during the summer tourist season, from mid-June to the end of August, quite a few people visit the area.

Next was our destination, Prnjica Beach, which is also well-maintained.

These flowers are of the Carpobrotus genus, which is often referred to as "pigface" or "sour fig", Google Lens said.

We turned around here and headed back.

By the way, Paški Bay continues on to Zrče and Caska beaches, but that’s a story for another time :)
Finally, here’s a screenshot from Google Fit.

Que fotos tan bellas ,🫂🥰 quiero conocer esas playas , mientras más vacías estén las playas mejor más paz y tranquilidad para el visitante ..
Outside the tourist season, it’s deserted; there are about 15 kilometers of beaches like this. Quite a few people come, but it’s never crowded.
They are also very beautiful and natural beaches with crystal clear waters

That is really good to see that the tourist don't throw waste over there, really good thing to see. We all should do our best to keep the environment Clean.

Generally speaking, the people who visit these beaches are environmentally conscious and pick up their trash, but sometimes things wash up from the sea.
Both are okay. But we as Humans should take care of it at priority.
