Yes, they are finally in my hands and I already train with them, I love them. I ordered the bands a long time ago and now I have them. I also recorded the video a long time ago but due to certain circumstances in my life I'm barely publishing it.
I've already used the bands and although in the video I say that I would only go for the hardest one because I don't have the strength to maintain exercises with it, after two repetitions I can't because it's difficult for me so I went for the healthy thing hahahaha and I've trained with level one and two for now.
Sorry for my nervousness in the video, I've done it before but for academic purposes never because I'm born so I wanted it to be perfect. I have so many videos that I thought about making bloopers of this one, they are funny and I even sing to relax, family I don't sing hahahaha. Anyway I hope you like it, I want to make more videos soon, I'll get the taste for it. Happy day to you

Si, por fin están en mis manos ya entreno con ellas, me encantan. Las bandas las pedí hace mucho y ahora es que las tengo. También grabé el video hace bastante ya pero por ciertas circunstancias en mi vida a penas es que lo estoy publicando.
Ya le he dado uso a las bandas y aunque en el video digo que solo me iria por la más dificil pues no tengo la fuerza para mantener ejercicios con ella, luego de dos repeticiones ya no puedo porque se me dificulta así que me fui por lo sano jajajaja y he entrenado con el nivel uno y dos por ahora.
Disculpen mi nerviosismo en el video, lo he hecho antes pero co fines academicos nunca porque si y porque me nace así que deseaba que fuera perfecto. Tengo tantos videos que pensé en hacer bloopers de este, estan comicos y hasta canto para relajarme, familia yo no canto jajajaja. En fin espero que les guste, deseo pronto hacer más videos, le iré tomando el gusto. Feliz día

Buen video, me gustó la iluminación y el audio del video además del contenido como tal, me hubiese gustado más ver la cámara en sentido horizontal y no como en los shorts de YT, pero eso es ya gusto de cada quien... bienvenida a la comunidad @espavlog en #hive blockchain.
