Hi @ervin-lemark initially (when I wrote this post) the transfer operation was possible from https://goals.genesisleaguesports.com (your screenshot)
Now all operations (transfer and staking) you can perform from https://genesisleaguesports.com/

I may have figured out the problem because I get the same screen as you if I log in with a curation account of mine with which I have not linked the Hive wallet.
Try from https://goals.genesisleaguesports.com/ to click on Wallets
verify that you have entered your hive account name correctly ;)
