La cosa esilarante è che nonostante la mia vita passata in provincia di Trieste, non ho mai realmente visitato l'interno del castello, così abbiamo approfittato della prima domenica del mese dove l'ingresso è gratuito per entrare a fare un'escursione tra le mura.
L'ingresso gratuito è stato puramente fortuito perchè non sapevamo davvero che la prima domenica del mese viene aperta al pubblico, il che è stato un bonus.
Trieste è una città piena di storia, una storia che però non ho mai realmente approfondito, il che è un vero peccato, immagino che la vita ti distrae da talmente tante cose che pur facendo parte del futuro di una città non sei in grado di assorbirne il passato e apprezzarne ciò che l'ha resa quel che è oggi.
Ogni tanto è bello usare Hive ed in particolare Liketu semplicemente per postare qualche momento delle giornate passate in famiglia, passiamo fin troppo tempo online ma sono contento che blockchain a parte ho smesso di far parte di quel mondo social degenerativo a cui siamo arrivati.

What a gorgeous area, I need to make another trip to Italy and Trieste is on the list for sure. We all need to take more time to enjoy life away from the internet, there is so much beauty in the world all around us. There is so much history and interesting architecture there, I'm glad you got a chance to get out and enjoy. The free admission was a bonus!

Yeah, I think back in the day when people visit interesting places, the first thought is to share the pictures on social media: Facebook, Instagram and all that. With Hive, you get a more private hub, and also earn for it.

Trieste è bellissima, una città mitteleuropea, dal fascino antico. Io amo particolarmente il molo audace!
Fra sole, vista mare e monumenti storici mi stai facendo venire voglia di andare a Trieste 😅 anche se mi ricordo che da Firenze è parecchio lontana, perchè una volta l'avevo presa in considerazione come meta ma poi scartata perchè era molto più distante di quanto pensassi.
Devi assolutamente farci un salto, magari se pianifichi una visita verso Slovenia/Croazia, puoi passarci anche per solo un paio di giorni durante la strada, c’è un sacco da vedere ma è tutto relativamente vicino, è una delle cose più belle di questa città.
Ho dato un'occhiata e probabilmente mi converrebbe andarci direttamente con i mezzi pubblici, perchè in treno ci vuole lo stesso tempo che in macchina (sulle 4h e 45m)... e almeno mi risparmio di guidare 🤣 e poi se dici che lì è tutto più o meno vicino, alla fine probabilmente la macchina neanche mi servirebbe! A meno di non volerci unire qualcos'altro (pensavo magari anche a qualche montagna, visto che da lì le Alpi non sono poi così lontane... e anche quelle da Firenze mi sembrano sempre dall'altra parte del mondo ahahah 🤣).

L'altro giorno, dopo che ci sarò passato davanti non so quante volte, mi sono accorto di una targa, forse per via dei fiori nuovi.
