Hello Gold and Silver stackers!!!

Today's coin is 2017 Australian Koala, a silver coin dedicated to one of the nation's native animals, it's 1 oz. silver 999: I had some problems taking pictures of it, like always, I tried getting closer than last time, I didn't care that much of the shadows, but I really wanted to capture all the details, like the fur and the texture of the plants, though the finish was really shiny.

Koala are quite cute animals, we are trying to save them from extinction, though their diet is mostly of Eucalyptus trees, so their being so picky is a bit of a problem : despite their adorable appearance, koalas are not always as friendly as they appear, they are actually quite territorial and can be aggressive towards people and other animals that go near them.

Here's a peek of the other side of the coin, with the profile of Queen Liz, and the face value, 1 aussie dollar: don't be fooled by the picture, this coin is in mint condition, it's just the lighting bouncing all around the hair that produced these scratches on the final picture, I took other pics but this is the best one.

So, I guess on new Commonwealth 2023 coins thers's king Charles III profile, after queen Elizabeth II passed away last year: I'm interested in seeing it, does anybody ,reading thispost, have new '23 coin with Charles ?

La moneta di oggi è il Koala australiano 2017, una moneta d'argento dedicata ad uno degli animali nativi della nazione, è un'oncia troy di argento 999: ho avuto qualche problema a fotografarlo, come sempre, ho provato ad avvicinarmi rispetto all'ultima volta, non mi importava gran parte delle ombre, ma volevo davvero catturare tutti i dettagli, come la pelliccia e la trama delle piante, anche se la rifinutura era davvero riflettente.

I koala sono animali piuttosto carini, stiamo cercando di salvarli dall'estinzione, anche se la loro dieta è principalmente di alberi di eucalipto, quindi il loro essere così schizzinosi è un po' un problema: nonostante il loro aspetto adorabile, i koala non sono sempre così amichevoli come sembrano , in realtà sono abbastanza territoriali e possono essere aggressivi nei confronti delle persone e di altri animali che si avvicinano a loro.

Ecco una sbirciatina dell'altro lato della medaglia, con il profilo della regina Liz, e il valore nominale, 1 dollaro australiano: non fatevi ingannare dall'immagine, questa moneta è in ottime condizioni, è solo l'illuminazione che rimbalza tutt'intorno i capelli che hanno prodotto questi graffi sulla foto finale, ho scattato altre foto ma questa è la migliore.

Quindi, immagino che sulle nuove monete del Commonwealth 2023 ci sia il profilo del re Carlo III, dopo la morte della regina Elisabetta II l'anno scorso: sono interessato a vederlo, qualcuno, leggendo questo post, ha una nuova moneta del '23 con Carlo?

Pubblicherò sicuramente altre monete australiane con animali in futuro.
