Finalmente ho concluso la mia prima Weekly Challenge di Town Star, gioco già menzionato diverse volte e pubblicato da Gala Games. Questa settimana la challenge ha avuto un upgrade che introduce il Play 2 Earn in questo FarmVille 2.0 .

I finally wrapped up my first Weekly Challenge of Town Star, a game that has been mentioned several times before and published by Gala Games. This week the challenge had an upgrade that introduces the Play 2 Earn in this FarmVille 2.0 .
Prima di questo upgrade la piattaforma premiava solamente i player che riuscivano ad entrare nella top 500 della sfida settimanale, e vi assicuro che in 5 giorni è veramente un'impresa! Di fatto la mia partita non si è conclusa di certo in buona posizione, avendo avuto anche meno tempo da dedicarvi, questa settimana non sono riuscito ad andare oltre alla 1800a posizione e di conseguenza non ho ottenuto nessuna ricompensa in $GALA per il mio posizionamento in classifica.
Ma veniamo ora al sodo. Nessuna ricompensa per il posizionamento, è vero, ma con l'introduzione del nuovo token Town Coin ed essendo in possesso di due NFT utilizzabili all'interno del gioco ho potuto racimolare 11 Town Coin al giorno completando una semplice missione: ottenere almeno 1000 punti in classifica entro 24 ore. Se ci si riesce si può riscuotere la ricompensa e allo scadere del countdown comincerà una nuova missione con lo stesso obbiettivo. Questo mi ha permesso di ottenere 55 Town Coin in una settimana, e ora ho visto che Gala ha aumentato il numero di server disponibili e anche quelli free prevedono questa missione play 2 earn, quindi questa funzione sarà disponibile anche nei server da 25 giorni.
Before this upgrade the platform only rewarded players who managed to get into the top 500 of the weekly challenge, and I assure you that in 5 days is really a feat! In fact, my game did not end in a good position, having had even less time to devote to it, this week I could not go beyond the 1800th position and consequently I did not get any reward in $GALA for my placement in the standings.
But let's get down to business. No reward for the ranking, it is true, but with the introduction of the new token Town Coin and being in possession of two NFT usable within the game I was able to collect 11 Town Coin per day by completing a simple mission: get at least 1000 points in the ranking within 24 hours, if you succeed you can collect the reward and when the countdown will start a new mission with the same objective. This allowed me to get 55 Town Coins in a week, and now I've seen that Gala has increased the number of available servers and also the free ones provide this play 2 earn mission, so this feature will also be available in 25 days servers.

Certo rimane da vedere cosa sarà questo nuovo token e che valore avrà sul mercato, e se vogliamo guadagnarlo dobbiamo mettere in conto un investimento per acqusitare un NFT, ma tutto lascia intendere che Gala Games stia lavorando su una sua blockchain per potersi staccare definitivamente da Ethereum e questo potrebbe portare una notevole crescita della piattaforma e un grande flusso di utenti visto che i giochi presentati sembrano veramente tutti di qualità. Succedesse questo si rifletterebbe sia sugli NFT posseduti sia (si spera) sui nuovi token che si presenteranno! Ritengo sia una piattaforma da monitorare e Town Star può essere un ottimo passatempo come browser game. 😉

I think it's a platform to monitor and Town Star can be a great pastime as a browser game. 😉
