My Game Activity, My Results and Rewards in Season 23
+ Focus on COLONY and SCRIPT Market Value (May 5, 2025 - May 10, 2025)
It is several months that I play and have fun on Moonkarts which is a Hive-based arcade race game that is part of the games featured on the Arcade Colony platform.
In this post I share my game activity, my progress in accumulating COLONY tokens, and my achievements in season 24 which is the last season completed on Moon Karts since a few hours ago.
But first I want to talk about FUEL.
FUEL is an important in-game element in the game dynamics on Moon Karts because it is needed to play in the multiplayer mode and to collect in-game rewards.
Less than 19 days ago I published a post in which I showed the steps I took to increase my FUEL production by staking SCRIPT tokens and staking NFTs in the Auto Vault section.
Recently FUEL has also been a topic of investigation and debate among Moon Karts players and the Moon Karts team because some FUEL-related exploits were discovered that allowed some players to accumulate large amounts of FUEL that they used to play many races and earn many rewards.
In the next screenshot you can see the announcement posted by Aggroed in the official-annuncements channel in the Arcade Colony discord server.
The consequence of the exploits regarding FUEL was blocking the token transfer activities (only those in the in-game wallet) and NFTs of 26 accounts.
Accounts under investigation can play but cannot transfer tokens and NFTs, and the final decision on these accounts will be made through a vote in an upcoming DAO proposal.
We will see what happens and I will publish posts on this topic when the DAO proposal will be active and voting.
Now I show you my results in season 24 which ended about 6 hours ago.
In season 24 I made no changes to my Kart Preset which consists of:
- Kart: Arachno Eclipse
- Driver: Drift
- Accessories: Corner Demon, Easy Breeze, Grip Ease
- Tech Cards: Reinforced Body, Tire Upgrade, Engine Enhancement
- Power Ups: Celestial Thrust, Moonfire Missile
One of my goals is to improve my Kart Preset stats especially those related to speed and for this reason I have an offer to purchase 5 CENTAURI packs active on Hive Engine.
In season 24 my final results were:
- 16th place in the Ranked Leaderboard - Reward: 5918 COLONY (previous season: 19th place: 5074 COLONY)
- 9th place in the Orbital Leaderboard - Reward: 4418 COLONY (previous season: 7th place: 1677 COLONY)
In season 24, I improved the seasonal rewards compared to season 23.
Based on the market value (Highest Bid) of the COLONY tokens and based on the market value of the HIVE token, I calculated the value in SWAP.HIVE and dollars of the seasonal reward I received for playing in season 24.
Adding up the rewards from the two leaderboards, I received a total seasonal reward of 10336 COLONY = 13.95 SWAP.HIVE = 3.64$
I started tracking my game rewards on Moon Karts from season 13 and in the last 12 seasons (in 120 days) I have earned 96927 COLONY = 130.90 SWAP.HIVE = 34.16$
Thanks to the rewards I earned from playing in season 24 and thanks to the COLONY tokens I earned from daily airdrop as SPS stakeholder and GLX stakeholder today I was able to add +10553.63 COLONY to my stake.
Now I have 175837.85 COLONY staked.
My goal is to have at least 500K COLONY staked, I have made small steps toward my goal but I still need to accumulate 324162.15 COLONY to reach my goal.
I like to monitor the market value of the tokens of the games I play and/or have invested in, and I will conclude this post with a small focus on the market value of COLONY tokens and SCRIPT tokens.
In the next two images you can see the changes in value in HIVE and dollars recorded by the COLONY token and the SCRIPT token over a 5-day time interval: May 5, 2025 - May 10, 2025
The last 5 days have been positive for the market value of the HIVE token but also for the market value of the SCRIPT tokens and COLONY tokens.

Moon Karts: Novità Recenti + La mia attività di gioco e i miei risultati nella stagione 24
Sono diversi mesi che gioco e mi diverto su Moonkarts che è un Hive-based arcade race game che fa parte dei giochi presenti sulla piattaforma Arcade Colony.
In questo post condivido la mia attività di gioco, i miei progressi nell'accumulo dei token COLONY e i miei risultati nella stagione 24 che è l'ultima stagione conclusa su Moon Karts da poche ore.
Ma prima voglio parlare di FUEL.
Il FUEL è un elemento in-game importante nelle dinamiche di gioco su Moon Karts perchè è necessario per giocare nella modalità multiplayer e per raccogliere ricompense di gioco.
Meno di 19 giorni fa ho pubblicato un post in cui ho mostrato i passi che ho effettuato per aumentare la mia produzione di FUEL tramite lo staking dei token SCRIPT e lo staking degli NFT nella sezione Auto Vault.
Di recente il FUEL è stato anche un argomento di indagini e di dibattito tra i giocatori di Moon Karts e il team di Moon Karts perchè sono stati scoperti alcuni exploits relativi al FUEL che hanno permesso ad alcuni giocatori di accumulare grandi quantità di FUEL che hanno utilizzato per giocare molte corse e guadagnare molte ricompense.
Nel prossimo screenshot puoi vedere l'annuncio pubblicato da Aggroed nel canale official-annuncements nel server discord di Arcade Colony.
La conseguenza degli exploits riguardo al FUEL è stato il bloccare le attività di trasferimento dei token (solo quelli nell'in-game wallet) e degli NFT di 26 accounts.
Gli accounts sotto indagine possono giocare ma non possono trasferire token e NFT e la decisione finale su questi account sarà presa tramite un voto in una prossima DAO proposal.
Vedremo cosa succederà e pubblicherò post su questo argomento quando la DAO proposal sarà attiva e votabile.
Adesso ti mostro i miei risultati nella stagione 24 che è terminata circa 6 ore fa.

Uno dei miei obiettivi è migliorare le statistiche del mio Kart Preset soprattutto quelle inerenti alla velocità e per questo motivo ho un'offerta di acquisto di 5 CENTAURI packs attiva su Hive Engine.
Nella stagione 24 i miei risultati finali sono stati:

Grazie alle ricompense che ho guadagnato giocando nella stagione 23 e grazie ai token COLONY che ho guadagnato dall'airdrop giornaliero come SPS stakeholder e GLX stakeholder oggi ho potuto aggiungere +10553.63 COLONY al mio stake.
Adesso ho 175837.85 COLONY staked.
Il mio obiettivo è avere almeno 500K COLONY staked, ho fatto dei piccoli passi in avanti verso il mio obiettivo ma devo accumulare ancora 334715 COLONY per raggiungere il mio obiettivo.
Mi piace monitorare il valore di mercato dei token dei giochi in cui gioco e/o in cui ho investito e concludo questo post con un piccolo focus sul valore di mercato dei token COLONY e dei token SCRIPT.
Nella prossime due immagini puoi vedere le variazioni di valore in HIVE e in dollari registrate dal token COLONY e dal token SCRIPT in un intervallo di tempo di 5 giorni (5 maggio 2025 - 10 maggio 2025)
Gli ultimi 5 giorni sono stati positivi per il valore di mercato del token HIVE ma anche per il valore di mercato dei token SCRIPT e dei token COLONY.

I heard about that FUEL issues, but I wonder if freezing assets is proper as a blockchain game. I guess it is possible, but the exploited FUEL won't go away. So there has to be something done.
Consider that freezing is only for assets in in-game wallets that are not on blockchain while tokens on Hive engine cannot be frozen.

It's impressive that you improved your rankings in both leaderboards this season. It sounds like you are really enjoying Moon Karts and making some great progress!
Leaderboards show consistent effort. And that is a nice bump in COLONY rewards, too!
