L'immancabile gracidio funesto marchiato google news (o meglio: i quotidiani che lo riportano, nulla hanno a che fare con google, ma quest'ultimo li pone in evidenza in quanto motore di ricerca), stavolta ha riportato nuove riguardanti l'Agenzia delle Entrate locale (in questo caso del mio paese: scordatevi per una volta l'Italia). Dicono che stanno studiano un'apposita disciplina tributaria sulle criptomonete che sebbene immagazzinate in una exchange locale, abbiano provenienza estera. Un esempio standard è per es. l'acquisto su coinbase per il successivo prelievo verso l'exchange nostrana. E qui si rifà viva l'antipatia per tutto quel che si trova al di fuori dei confini territoriali in stile Corea del nord (a quando il blocco totale delle immigrazioni?). Siccome la provenienza di queste cripto non è nostrana, qualcosa che disincentivi qualsiasi utilizzo di qualsiasi exchange, wallet in app, ledger, trezor (riguardo a queste ultime, un ragazzo ha già lamentato che ci sarebbe in vigore il divieto di commercializzazione dei cold wallet nel paese e infatti ha perso i denari per l'acquisto di un dispositivo del genere perchè non lo sapeva: è stato informato dallo store che gliel'aveva venduto a frittata avvenuta, quando cioè la dogana gli aveva sequestrato l'acquisto), non mancherà di sicuro. Ora, bisogna vedere quale sarà il disincentivo. Tassazione del 15% sulle cripto in staking o semplicemente immagazzinate senza conversione in FIAT solo perchè non si trovano nei confini territoriali? E questo è pure il male minore. Una dichiarazione dei redditi al mese per il mero rendiconto, che accompagna tale tassazione? E qui cominciano i grattacapi, perchè ci costringono a sprecare tempo (e quindi a lavorare meno e molto meno per stare dietro a una burocrazia mastodontica). La peggiore ipotesi: il rendiconto di ogni variazione dell'ammontare e qui sono rogne, perchè in una piattaforma come questa si dovrebbe allora calcolare ogni giorno quanti PGM, PIZZA, BEER, ALIVE e compagnia danzante si sommano giorno per giorno, oltre che ovviamente hive e HBD. Perchè conoscendo le teste di rapa al governo, non credo proprio saranno in grado di distinguere tra le criptomonete comprate di tasca propria (e lo stesso dicasi per i token e gli NFT) e quelle guadagnate con il proprio lavoro. O meglio: l'importante è prendere a pesci in faccia tutto quel che viene da fuori, non importa dove si va a colpire. Così come l'importante è prendere indistintamente a pesci in faccia i separati e i vedovi di un coniuge nativo, pur di colpire chi si azzarda a divorziare. Perchè anche in questo caso, come al solito, le legge non parla di divorzio, ma di cessazione del presupposto che ha fornito la base per ottenere la residenza legale nel territorio. Ovvio che se divorzi, il presupposto (vale a dire la costanza di matrimonio) se ne va in fumo. Ma se ne va in fumo pure il presupposto di qualche poveraccio al quale muore la moglie (è successo davvero a un signore, poveretto: la moglie gli è venuta a mancare a pochi mesi dal matrimonio e questo s'era messo le mani nei capelli, perchè oltre al lutto, per la nuova legge migratoria doveva alzare i tacchi nel giro di 90 giorni). Morale della favola: mi auguro non intervenga mai un KYC su hive-engine o un'intera comunità (quella del mio paese) inizierà a rischiare fino alla galera per evasione fiscale a causa di norme infami impossibili da adempiere. Da parte mia, purtroppo mi preparo a ulteriori power down e pure a riduzioni di deleghe a causa di quanto sopra qualora le misure parallele risultassero insufficienti, perchè una posizione ridotta dà molto meno all'occhio.
Mi riservo il prosieguo della filippica, lavoro accademico della mia specializzazione permettendo.

The unfailing baleful croaks branded Google News (or rather: the online newspapers that report them have nothing to do with Google, but this latter highlights them as a search engine), this time brought back news concerning the local R.S.I. (in this case of my country: forget Italy for once). They say they are studying special tax regulations on cryptocurrencies which, although stored in a local exchange, have a foreign origin. A standard example is the purchasing on Coinbase for subsequent withdrawal to the local exchange. And here the antipathy for everything outside the territorial borders in North Korea style is revived (when the total immigration ban?). Since the origin of these cryptocurrencies is not local, something to discourage any use of any foreign exchange, wallet in app, ledger, trezor (regarding these latter, one guy has already complained about a ban on the commerce of cold wallets from abroad and in fact he lost the money he spent to purchase such a device because he did not know about the ban: he was informed only after customs having catched the device), will certainly not be lacking. Now, we'll see what the disincentive will be. 15% taxation on staked cryptos or simply stored, not yet converted to FIAT, just because they are not in the territorial borders? And this is also the lesser evil. A monthly tax report accompanying such taxation? And this is where the headaches begin, because it forces us to waste time (and thus work less and much less to keep up with a mammoth bureaucracy). The worst case scenario: the accounting of every change in the amount and here are the worst headaches, because in a platform like this one would then have to calculate every day how many PGMs, PIZZA, BEER, ALIVE, etc. add up day by day, as well as obviously hive and HBD. Knowing the turnip heads in government, I really don't think they'll be able to distinguish between cryptocurrencies bought out of our own pockets (and the same goes for tokens and NFTs) and those earned through our own work. Or rather: the important thing is to frown upon anything that comes from the outside of the territoty, no matter where the consequences spread. Just as the important thing is to indiscriminately push around the separated and widowed of a native spouse, no matter if your target is the divorced. In fact, even in this case, as usual, the law does not speak about divorce, but talks about the prerequisite that provided the basis for legal residence in the territory. Obviously, if you divorce, the prerequisite (the constancy of marriage) goes up in smoke. But even the prerequisite of some poor men whose wives dies goes up in smoke (it really happened to a poor man I knew online: his wife died a few months after the marriage and he was tearing his hair: in addition to mourning, he had to get out of the country as soon as possible, within 90 days due to the new migration law). Moral of the story: I hope there will never be a KYC on hive-engine or an entire community (the one of my country) will start risking up to jail for tax compliance because of an infamous regulations impossible to fulfill. By my side, I'm unfortunately preparing myself for further power downs and even reductions in delegations due to the above explained, if the concurrent measures prove to be not enough: a reduced position is much less suspicious.
