PayPal receives subpoena from SEC. The subject of the mandate concerns the stablecoin issued by PayPal called PYUSD. Currently on Coinmarketcap it is given with a market cap of 44 million dollars and in 241st place in the ranking of the most capitalized cryptocurrencies.

My opinion
1-The difficulties that Binance had in 2023 were there for all to see. Binance is currently trying to comply with the various regulations of various states, but in the meantime it has had to cut many services and has lost some market share due to this. However, I don't think that Binance's situation today can be compared to that of FTX and a similar collapse still seems unreal to me for a centralized exchange like Binance.
2-Now the Paypal stablecoin is also under scrutiny by the SEC. I believe that until there is clear regulation, all cryptocurrency service providers will be targeted by the SEC
3-Solana had an amazing October 2023 with a really interesting recovery. It seems that many investors have set their sights on this blockchain again. The collapse of FTX had had a negative impact on this project, but at the moment SOL seems to be recovering.

Il 2023 non è stato un anno buono per il trading spot di Binance, infatti secondo alcuni dati sembra che la quota di mercato nel trading spot sia scesa al 40%. Un anno fa la quota era del 60%. Di questa situazione se ne sono avvantaggiati gli exchange digitali OKX, Bybit, MEXC Global.

La mia opinione
1-Le difficoltà che ha avuto Binance nel 2023 sono state sotto gli occhi di tutti. Attualmente Binance sta cercando di rientrare all’interno delle varie normative di diversi Stati, ma nel frattempo ha dovuto tagliare molti servizi ed a causa di questo ha perso un po’ di fette di mercato. Non penso però che la situazione di Binance, oggi, possa essere paragonata a quella di FTX ed un crollo simile mi sembra ancora poco reale per un exchange centralizzato come Binance.
2-Ora anche la stablecoin di Paypal è sotto l’esame della SEC. Io credo che fino a quando non ci sarà una regolamentazione chiara, tutti i fornitori di servizi di criptomonete verranno presi di mira dalla SEC
3-Solana ha avuto un mese di ottobre 2023 straordinario con una ripresa davvero interessante. Sembra che molti investitori abbiano puntato di nuovo gli occhi su questa blockchain. Il crollo di FTX aveva agito negativamente su questo progetto, ma in questo momento SOL sembra in ripresa.

I wonder why spot trading reduced on Binance
Was it because of the dip?
Well, the dip was too long and maybe a lot of people got discouraged
In my opinion, this decline in spot trading is due to the fact that Binance has suspended trading on many exchanges, so many have stopped trading
We might probably be seeing solana hitting $45 before this year ends
This seems possible, however I was amazed at how the price of Solana has grown over the last month. It did much better than many other Alt Coins
