Penso che la direzione sia giusta, ma forse il potere di voto dovrebbe essere pesato per quanto uno detiene di Stake.
Se hai tanti PGM il conto vale molto, se ne hai solo qualcuno vale meno, ma sempre proporzionalmente.
Vero avvantaggia le balene, ma sarebbe comunque una cosa corretta.
