I Have To Admit. I Wasn't Ready For This One

So today we were cooking but not talking much about what we were about to eat other than the spicey chilis going into the broth and how hard they were to get.

But I couldn't get past the other things I was seeing which was sliced cow stomach commonly known as tripe. Had it been ground up into perhaps a ground beef broth I would have never know but the chewy texture kind of grossed me out although the flavor was really good.

Needless to say I didn't copy down the recipe for this one but I'm proud of myself for not putting up too much of a fuss and eating what was given to me. It's hard to learn to be a foodie sometimes.

Greetings my friend, I don't like the stomach either... it tastes very very bad to me. Here in my country (Venezuela) they make a soup with this ingredient called "Mondongo Soup", and its preparation is very long. At the moment of preparing it, the smell is very horrible, it makes you want to vomit, because they have to wash this ingredient very well.

I have never liked it hahaha, we have that in common.

I hope you had a great day and managed to enjoy other tastings. Regards my friend ☺️✨

I would say that it was cooked well and clean so there was no flavor that was bad. If I didn't now it was stomach I would not have known. But I hope not to eat it again lol. But the broth was fantastic and I know stomach is very healthy

Ah well, I'm glad they at least got things right 🫣😅🙌🏻

Cheers friend ☺️
