Hello my beautiful community, how are you? I hope you're doing super well!!! I woke up because of the cold Jajaja, It's -1 here with a wind chill of -4, so I look like a chick 🐤 I've never experienced temperatures this low... So to distract my mind, I'm taking the opportunity to share some beautiful photos I took during my pastry training 👩🏻🍳. As many of you know, I love food, and in fact, desserts have been my source of income for many years. When I was in college, I helped cover my expenses by selling desserts. I just got to college and completed all my studies, having a pastry-making mom who managed to cover my expenses thanks to this enormous and beautiful work, so I have a lot to thank the pastry shop for.
I loved and love baking since I can remember, but in reality I love everything that has to do with gastronomy 👩🏻🍳 I like many things in life and I have learned to do many of these but I can say with certainty that this is the one I usually enjoy 100% 💜 Previously I did not have the opportunity to take courses in this area, only my training was with my aunts and my mother, which seemed to me that I was with the best without a doubt because they know everything more, it is also important to have certificates that guarantee that you really have said knowledge, for this reason I am taking courses in the area of gastronomy and I just had one in person in the confectionery area on Saturday, it was very complete and I enjoyed it a lot, it was 8 hours of quite complete learning, whose knowledge I already had and I only had to refresh and add certain new tips added to this a certification which I loved, this next Thursday and Saturday I have other certifications in this same area, I hope to learn many more things and Enjoy it to the fullest, I will definitely be sharing it here. 💋❤️
Hola mi bonita comunidad ¿como les va? Espero que super bien!!! Yo me he despertado a causa del frío JAJAJAJA esta haciendo -1 por acá con sensación térmica de -4 así que parezco pollito 🐤 no había experimentado temperaturas tan bajas... Así que para distraer mi mente aprovecho para compartir unas lindas fotos que tomé en mi capacitación de repostera 👩🏻🍳 como muchos saben amo la gastronomía y de hecho los postres por muchos años han sido mi fuente de ingreso, cuando estaba en la universidad ayudaba en mis gastos vendiendo postres y justamente llegué a la universidad y realicé todos mis estudios teniendo una mamá repostera que logró cubrir mis gastos gracias a esta enorme y bonita labor así que tengo mucho que agradecerle a la reprepostería.
Ame y amo la repostería desde que tengo uso de razón más en realidad amo todo lo que tenga que ver con gastronomía 👩🏻🍳 me gustan muchas cosas en la vida y he aprendido hacer muchas de estas pero puedo decir con certeza que esta es la que suelo disfrutar al 100% 💜 anteriormente no tuve la oportunidad de realizar cursos en esta área, solo mis capacitaciones eran con mis tías y mi mamá lo cual me parecía que estaba con las mejores sin duda alguna porque ellas lo saben todo más, es importante también contar con certificados que abalen que realmente tienes dichos conocimientos por esta razón estoy haciendo cursos en el área de gastronomía y justamente tuve uno de manera presencial en el área de confitería el día sábado, fue muy completo y lo disfrute mucho, fueron 8 horas de aprendizaje bastante completas, cuyo conocimiento ya tenía y solo tuve que refrescar y agregar ciertos tips nuevos sumado a esto una certificación lo cual adore, este proximo jueves y sábado tengo otras certificaciones en esta misma área, espero aprender muchas cosas más y disfrutarlo al máximo, sin duda estaré compartiendo por acá. 💋❤️
