Yesterday was a bit extra for it was the day for all the hardworking and responsible super moms!
I already planned to treat my mama and sister at Tamp Banawa for lunch a week before. I haven’t tried dining at the Tamp so I decided to have lunch with my family there. But unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to celebrate the occasion there for it was fully booked when we get there. We were on the 10th list on the waiting list so, my sister suggested the Sansrival restaurant which is located nearby. It was also a bit crowded but we don't have a choice because there are no other restaurants we could pick that is accessible to us.
We were a bit dismayed by their service because the food we ordered was not served on time. We understand that yesterday was a peak day for them because of the said celebration, but we were discouraged for our food was served for almost an hour. They also didn't serve the food together, but one by one, every after 10 or 15 minutes, I guess. I do hope they could improvise their service and prepare the store every peak season.
Anyways, we didn't let it ruin our day. Instead, we just enjoyed talking about our plans and future endeavors. It's always so good to spend quality time with our family.
Here’s a message for my mama:
To the amazing WoMoM in the whole universe, Happy Mother's Day, Ma! Words will never be enough to express how grateful, blessed, and thankful we are for having a Mama like you. Raising eight children is never easy, but you brought up us so well. You and Papa. Thank you for always reminding us to put God at the center of everything. For the endless support and unconditional love. And also, for always telling us your lifetime motto "God loves a cheerful giver" we couldn't be more blessed because of your thoughtfulness. Thank you ma and Pa for everything. We love you to bits.
You are indeed the World's Greatest Parents! 💑👪
Thank you, Lord, for the gift of family!
