I got a special note and I think there are phrases that come at the right time and it happened to me with this of Frida Kahlo❤️ that came with a coffee and of course made me think and reflect a little.

Seeing ourselves through the eyes of others is not something simple, it can trigger insecurities or, on the contrary, it can reinforce our esteem. I would say that some of that is true. It has happened to me that sometimes I feel that some activity is not as good as I would like and it turns out that there are people around me admiring what I just did well, it makes me laugh but it is a way of self-evaluating every effort we make.

I am quite demanding with myself and value every effort no matter how small it is, it is something that I have been working on and it has been felt good❤️⭐

Me llegó una nota especial y creo que hay frases que llegan en el momento indicado y me pasó con esta de Frida Kahlo❤️ que venía acompañada de un cafecito y que por supuesto me hizo pensar y reflexionar un poco.

Vernos a nosotros mismo desde los ojos de los demás no es algo sencillo, puede desencadenar inseguridades o al contrario reforzar nuestra estima ¿Acaso somos lo que los demás dicen de nosotros? Yo diría que hay algo de eso que es cierto. Me ha pasado que a veces siento que alguna actividad no se me da como me gustaría y resulta que alrededor hay personas admirando justo lo que apenas me salió bien, me causa gracia pero es una manera de autovalorar cada esfuezo que hacemos.

Soy bastante exigente conmigo y valorar cada esfuerzo por más pequeño que sea, es algo eno que he ido trabajando y se ha sentido bonito❤️⭐
