Heredé de mi abuelo, y un poco de mi mamá, el amor por las plantas. Por cuidar un pequeño rincón de patio que florezca en alguna época del año.
Ahora que vuelvo a vivir en la casa de mi infancia. Vuelvo a tener exactamente el mismo espacio verde para cultivar proyectos, alegrías, aire puro de vegetación, al alcaance de la mano frutas y flores. Historias en un pequeño espacio de tan unos metros cuadrados.
Hoy llovió
Las plantas están más verdes que nunca el agua que cae del cielo en forma de rocio hace un día y medio hizo que todo reverdeciera de una manera maravillosa que solo pueda hacer la naturaleza salvaje, impredececible, potente y perfecta. No existe forma de regar que haga que las plantas se pongan de esa manera tan increíble; en estos días poco queda hacer más que contemplarlas crecer y florecer, alimento de abejas y otros seres voladores.
Les comparto un poco de lo que han sido las últimos semanas en mi patio.
Mi sueño
> Crecer una huerta de aromáticas orgánica, y tener 5 árboles frutales.
Un poco de mi historia
En un viaje por Brasil tuve la suerte de participar en una huerta orgánica comunitaria y de probar alimentos recién extraídos de la tierra. Zanahorias frescas crujientes y jugosas. Probé las verduras más deliciosas de mi vida con las que preparamos un montón de comida vegetariana que me hizo muy bien. Durante todo ese tiempo aprendí que no era tan difícil tener un espacio mismo aunque sean dos macetas con tierra para cultivar por lo menos aromáticas como menta y oregano (Para poder hacer te y condimento de pizza) Tambien intenté con frutillas pero me las comieron las hormigas. Y ahora este año bueno ya con un poco más de experiencia de los años anteriores me decidí por plantas perennes como la ruda, la lavanda y la Melisa. Y por supuesto las calabazas que son tan fáciles de cultivar y tan abundantes que ya es el tercer año que están en mi patio y siguen dando sus frutos con apenas mínimos cuidados la recomiendo para todos los que quieran empezar en la jardinería porque es muy fácil de cultivar.
El cultivo da Flores de Cannabis
En el marco de la ley argentina de salud se puede autocultivar cannabis con el correspondiente permiso. En mi caso este año estaré incursionando en extractos de cannabis medicinal hechos 100% con flores. De ese extracto base se pueden hacer luego cremas para dolores y aceites comestibles.
