Here are the ready made croffles. I think they sort of heat it up or something to fluffy it up. Well whatever it was, it works cos it just taste so good!
If we pay RM11.90 we can choose 2 toppings. One of the first type of toppings are sauces.
There are a variety of fruits too to choose from.
We can choose these crumbs to go with the Bing su or croffle.
We bought 2 original flavoured ones to know how it originally tastes like.
This is my first croffle! Cannot wait to dig in!
I noticed this new food desserts shop called Madam Croffle blooming in Malaysia but the outlets are always too far from me until they opened one each in my neighbouring malls, yay!
Even so, whenever I walked past their cute little pinkish shop, I see many customers and some queue so I have not brought myself to try it till tonight. My mum-in-law's wanting to get a bit of a supper for my dad-in-law and I too was thinking just in case the youngest son gets hungry later. Hence we stepped in the shop for the first time.
What is croffle?
It is very interesting as croffle is the combination of both a croissant and a waffle. So it is extra fluffy and wow one bite at it, I was already amazed at my first bite. I love it! I let the husband tried and he too thinks it is good. It is soft yet it has a very pleasant texture to it. We ordered just the original flavoured which is likely dusted with a bit of sugar that is all. It costs us RM7.90 each.
Asides from just choosing the original flavour, we can actually pay more to entitle for 2 toppings: which we can choose from syrup sauces, fruits or some crumbs. This reminds me of a great Yogurt ice-cream called Llao Llao. I won't be surprised if it is inspired from that.

Han Soo Rin the founder and business owner of Madam Croffle starts her idea and wishes to serve reasonably-priced and Halal Korean Food by continuing her family restaurant business from Korea to Malaysia. She began her first business by opening Authentic Korean Restaurant, EID and expanded to four branches in Malaysia. With many experience in hand and passion in Food and Beverage business, Madam Croffle is created to give Malaysian a real taste of popular and most delicious Korean desserts.
Thus this shop doesn't just sells croffles, they even sell Bing su, which is actually Korean flavoured shaved ice. I may return one say to try that.
The shop is actually really simple with only maybe 4 seats but these are 4 cute pink seats with ribbon-shaped pillows as its cushion, how cute!
