Basing is a village in Lingayen and Binmaley. It's our scheduled territory for deaf ministry, and everyone are excited to support the work. We are with some deaf people in helping other deaf in the territory. After the deaf ministry, we had our delicious lunch at my close friends who are so accommodating, generous, and hospitable.
