Mis abuelas son uno de los pilares más importantes de mi vida debido a que, por la cercanía que tuve con ellas durante mi infancia, formaron parte importante en mi crianza y desarrollo; entre semana pasaba las tardes con mi abuela paterna debido a que ella vivía en el apartamento de al frente y los fines de semana me quedaba con mi abuela materna porque también vivía súper cerca de nosotros.
En el 2020 me fui a vivir con mi hermana y mi abuela materna en la casa que visitaba todos los fines de semana, fue algo muy significativo para mí porque en ese período de tiempo que estuve viviendo ahí pasé por muchas situaciones en mi vida que me cambiaron como me ayudaron a crecer.
My grandmothers are one of the most important pillars of my life because of the closeness I had with them during my childhood, they were an important part of my upbringing and development; during the week I spent the afternoons with my paternal grandmother because she lived in the apartment across the street and on weekends I stayed with my maternal grandmother because she also lived very close to us.
In 2020 I went to live with my sister and my maternal grandmother in the house that I visited every weekend, it was something very significant for me because in that period of time that I was living there I went through many situations in my life that changed me as they helped me grow.
A finales de 2021 mi abuela se mudó y las visitas ya no han podido ser tan frecuentes debido a lo lejos como complicado que se me hace ir hasta allá pero trato de aprovechar cada oportunidad que se me presente para visitarla; mi hermana me propuso ir este fin de semana que pasó, me quedé a dormir con ella y el sábado fuimos a visitarla.
Mi abuelita es una persona que siempre tiene algo para contar, algún cuento, algún recuerdo, algo que leyó en un libro y le pareció interesante, etc; así que nunca han lugar para el silencio cuando se está con ella. Como siempre, nos recibió con comida, galletas, bebidas y, por supuesto, su famoso café el cuál es el culpable de mi adicción a esta bebida.
At the end of 2021 my grandmother moved and the visits have not been so frequent due to the distance and how complicated it is for me to go there, but I try to take every opportunity to visit her; my sister suggested me to go this past weekend, I stayed overnight with her and on Saturday we went to visit her.
My grandmother is a person who always has something to tell, a story, a memory, something she read in a book and found interesting, etc; so there is never room for silence when you are with her. As always, she welcomed us with food, cookies, drinks and, of course, her famous coffee which is the culprit of my addiction to this drink.
Aunque la tarde estaba calurosa, fue muy ameno todo, la luz que entra por la ventana de la sala es hermosa y más por la cantidad de plantas que tiene mi abuela; algo que todavía no logro es esa increíble habilidad para cuidar las plantas que mi abuela tiene.
Todo fue muy lindo, de verdad que pasar tiempo con tus seres queridos es una experiencia invaluable que no cambiaría por nada; el día fue hermoso y creo que en las fotos que tomé para hacer este @liketu lo reflejan. Although the afternoon was hot, everything was very pleasant, the light that comes through the living room window is beautiful and more for the amount of plants that my grandmother has; something that I still do not achieve is that incredible ability to take care of plants that my grandmother has.
Everything was very nice, really spending time with your loved ones is a priceless experience that I wouldn't change for anything; the day was beautiful and I think the pictures I took to make this @liketu reflect it. Que lindo que hayas compartido con tu abuela, lo que comentas de que siempre tiene algo para contar, me identifiqué mucho porque mi abuelo también es así, aunque sinceramente creo que es algo común entre los abuelos, por tanta experiencia adquirida en lo largo de sus vidas, debe ser increíble la cantidad de información que poseen.
Mi abuelo me sorprende por la cantidad de temas que puede tocar sin problemas, para su edad tiene una excelente memoria.

Siempre trato de irla a visitar cada que tengo la oportunidad, básicamente mis abuelas fueron las que me criaron de pequeña así que son personas fundamentales en mi vida.
