Hola amigos. El murmullo de las olas fue mi despertador. La cabaña a orillas de la playa en Cochaima, Santa Fe , Estado Sucre. Abrí los ojos y el espectáculo fue instantáneo: Las aguas se mecían levemente con la brisa matutina, el sol comenzaba a resplandecer, se podía oír el zumbido de las olas, habían pocas personas a esa hora por allí.
Salí a la arena, aún fresca y húmeda. El sol, cada vez más brillante,, cangrejos, pequeños habitantes de este paraíso, estaban fuera de sus cuevas y corrían al acercarme dejando huellas en la arena.
En ese momento, un letrero llamó mi atención: "Respira, Relájate, Agradece, Sonríe". Cuánta verdad en esas palabras. Respiré profundo el aire salado, me relajé con el sonido de las olas, agradecí por este regalo de la naturaleza y sonreí, feliz de estar aquí.
Decidí sumergirme en las aguas del mar. El agua salada en mi piel, el sol calentando mi rostro y la paz que me rodeaba crearon una experiencia que atesoraré para siempre.
Más tarde, me embarqué en un pequeño bote y me adentré en el mar. La vista desde el agua era aún más impresionante: la costa de Cochaaima se extendida a lo largo del horizonte, con sus playas de arena blanca y sus colinas verdes. El sol brillaba sobre el agua, creando un espectáculo de luces y sombras.
Este amanecer en Cochaaima, Santa Fe, fue mucho más que un simple despertar. Fue una conexión profunda con la naturaleza, un recordatorio de la belleza que nos rodea y una invitación a vivir el presente con gratitud y alegría.

Hello friends. The murmur of the waves was my alarm clock. The cabin on the shore of the beach in Cochaaima, Santa Fe, Sucre State. I opened my eyes and the spectacle was instantaneous: The waters were swaying slightly in the morning breeze, the sun was beginning to shine, you could hear the hum of the waves, there were few people around at that hour.
I stepped out onto the sand, still cool and damp. The sun, getting brighter and brighter, crabs, small inhabitants of this paradise, were out of their caves and were running as I approached, leaving footprints in the sand.
At that moment, a sign caught my attention: "Breathe, Relax, Be grateful, Smile". How true those words were. I took a deep breath of the salty air, relaxed to the sound of the waves, thanked for this gift of nature and smiled, happy to be here.
I decided to dive into the waters of the sea. The salt water on my skin, the sun warming my face and the peace that surrounded me created an experience I will treasure forever.
Later, I boarded a small boat and went out to sea. The view from the water was even more impressive: the coast of Cochaaima stretched along the horizon, with its white sandy beaches and green hills. The sun was shining on the water, creating a spectacle of light and shadow.
This sunrise in Cochaaima, Santa Fe, was much more than a simple awakening. It was a deep connection with nature, a reminder of the beauty that surrounds us and an invitation to live the present with gratitude.
