CASA GALERIA / Coffee store made for us.

I tend to be selective when it comes to my afternoons with coffee, I always look for a nice place to spend time, learn something, breathe fresh air, if it is surrounded by plants and animals better, I have entered this super coffee shop that showed me that there is always a beautiful place in which to spend the afternoon or morning even with loved ones and even with yourself if it is the case, as it has a super nice atmosphere, fresh and full of nice vibes, a little outdoors with nice decor that goes very consistent with taking tea, it has a very cool style.
This also reminds me that at some point this gallery house was one of the first coffee shops that showed me the power of coffee, where I knew what it really feels like to drink a good coffee and recognize it, even make it, this coffee shop gave me the opportunity to learn many things about coffee that I definitely did not know, So it opened the doors of my imagination and curiosity to continue being interested in this art, some years ago was my first cupping of real coffee in preparation methods and also in preparation of late art, it was a very nice experience surrounded by nice people who had the same interest, and to this day I consider that it was a very good decision to take that day in cupping and learning.
A good son comes back home, and yes, I had a delicious coffee in French press method, I didn't show it but that's how it was hehe.

Suelo ser selectiva en cuanto a mis tardes con café, suelo buscar un lugar siempre agradable donde pasar el tiempo dedicarme tiempo, aprender algo, respirar aire fresco, si es rodeado de plantas y animales mejor, he entrado a esta super cafetería que me demostró que hay siempre un lugar hermoso en el cual pasar la tarde o la mañana incluso con seres preciados y hasta contigo mismo si es el caso, ya que tiene un ambiente super lindo, fresco y lleno de bonita vibra, un poco al aire libre con bonita decoración que va muy acorde con la toma del te, tiene un estilo muy cool.
Esto también me recuerda que en algún momento esta casa galería fue una de las primeras cafeterías que me mostro el poder del café, donde conocí lo que de verdad se siente tomar un buen café y reconocerlo, incluso hacerlo, esta cafetería me dio la oportunidad de aprender muchas cosas sobre el café que definitivamente no sabia, así que abrió las puertas de mi imaginación y curiosidad para seguir interesándome en este arte, hace algunos años fue mi primera catación de verdadero café en métodos de preparación y también en preparación de arte late, fue una experiencia bastante linda rodeada de lindas personas que teníamos el mismo interés, y hasta el dia de hoy considero que fue muy buena decisión el tomar ese dia en catación y aprendizaje.
Un buen hijo vuelve a casa, y si, me tome un café delicioso en método de prensa francesa, no lo mostré pero así fue jeje.
