Y he aqui una de las bendiciones de practicar deportes al aire libre, el contacto con la naturaleza, a traves de la vista al contemplar tan hermosos paisajes, el olfato al respirar un aire tan puro, el tacto, sentir en nuestra piel el roce del aire como una suave caricia, estas son una de las tantas bendiciones que tenemos cuando hacemos deportes al aire libre, repotenciando asi los beneficios cuando hacemos ejercicios al aire libre.

Como blogger siempre ando en la captura de hermosos momentos ya sea al amanecer,atardecer, plantas, flores, animales. Generalmente las capturas de los atardeceres y amaneceres las tomo cuando salgo a trotar a tempranas horas del dia, o casi cayendo el atrdecer para no agotarme con el calor, y se que siempre sere recompensada con hermosos paisajes y alli esta la magia, en lo majestuosos que son los amaneceres y los atardeceres, con lo perfecto de cielo con su gama de colores que se combinan en el cielo, con colores realmente indescriptibles, siendo testigo de la perfeccion Divina.

Generally I capture sunsets and sunrises when I go jogging early in the day, or almost at sunset so I don't get exhausted with the heat, and I know that I will always be rewarded with beautiful landscapes and there is the magic, in how majestic are the sunrises and sunsets, with the perfect sky with its range of colors that combine in the sky, with truly indescribable colors, witnessing the Divine perfection.
