I PRESENT YOU FOLK COSTUMES FOR MORE THAN 100 YEARS

***Bulgarian folklore is unique! I do not say this because I am Bulgarian, but because of the fact that our ancestors worked in the fields dressed in such beautiful costumes, and Bulgarian folklore images are worthy of a hero of a Hollywood movie. I will tell about them especially in another article. *

Now let's concentrate on the beautiful Bulgarian woman dressed in her great-grandmother's costume.

This costume has been passed down over the years to the girl's family from the photos. It is made by hand, which makes it really unique and very expensive.T he patterns of the costumes are from the Kyustendil folklore region.

As for folklore, Bulgaria is divided into seven cultural areas - Pirin, Rhodope, Northern, Dobrudzha, Thracian, Strandzha and Shopska.

I chose a location for the photos easily because we live in the capital of Bulgaria - Sofia, next to Vitosha Mountain. We went to the area of the Golden Bridges, which is one of the symbols of this mountain. Our folklore has always been close to nature, and the heavy snowfall in recent days has contributed to the end result.

Българският фолклор е уникален! Не го казвам, защото съм българин, а поради факта, че нашите прадеди са работели на полето облечени в подобни красиви носии, а българските фолклорни образи са достойни за герой на холивудски филм.

Носията е от кюстендилската фолклорна област.Правена е ръчно, което я прави наистина уникална и много скъпа.

Тази носия се е предавала през годините в семейството на момичето от снимките. Що се отнася до фолклора, България е разделена на седем културни области - Пиринска, Родопска, Северняшка, Добруджанска, Тракийска, Странджанска и Шопска.

Локация за снимките избрах лесно, защото живеем в столицата на България - София, до която се намира Витоша планина. Отидохме в местност Златните мостове, която е един от символите на тази планина. Фолклора ни винаги е бил близо до природата, а обилния снеговалеж през миналите дни допринесе за крайния резултат.
