Deranged Photography Contest - Portraits - Silence and Peaceful

Silence and peaceful, a state of mind more difficult to achieve in these times. Only reading a good book can help. Return to the old reading habit!

But reading was defeated by speaking. Talking on the phone, especially since we now have the phone in our pocket as a second mouth...

It's interesting to watch people talking on the phone.

The facial expression changes quickly, reflecting the listener's emotions.

If you look closely I think you can even guess what they're talking about or at least imagine a conversation based on the face grimaces.

A model who had a bad experience with me when I wanted to take his portrait. It lasted so long that it started to deteriorate.

This week's theme in Deranged Photography Contest is Portraits.
I'm an amateur, a lover of beautiful photos, but also an amateur at taking photos. As an amateur, I'm not good at taking portraits nor do I know exactly what is important to show, so this clarification (help or advice) from @derangedvisions:

You really need to figure out a way to portray what makes that person different than others and really show off who they are. This can be done by capturing them doing what they love or just capturing them expressing emotion.

I hope I get the essential point...

I am not a portrait photographer. I like to think of myself as a snapshot photographer, trying to capture the moment. That's why I'm looking through these photos and found something that can also be called a portrait on the run.

Of course, not being a professional, I cannot afford to hire models. I work with family and friends...

My entry in this contest is in Amateur Tier.
