It's hard for me to pick a favorite flower or photo. Every photo or flower has something special. However, the rose remains a king of flowers even though it may seem like a common flower because we see it everywhere.
All these flowers are from my garden. Some I don't even know the name of. I have not studied flowers any more than I have studied photography. I let intuition decide what is most beautiful and valuable.
Japanese maple flower.
Some say this is a Japanese plum. I don't know what it's called, and I'm not sure if that's true.
These are the flowers of a kind of plum. In Romania, it is called "corcodus".
Myositis! That's what I'm sure, that's the name of this splendid blue flower.

Who hasn't photographed at least one flower in their life?
I have a lot of photos of flowers. I can say that flowers are my main models, my best models. The photography is free, the models are patient, and I can take any photos.
Mostly I shoot in my little backyard, a backyard where I try to collect as many flowers as possible. So I combine in the happiest way my passion for gardening with my passion for photography.
My participation in this competition is in the amateur tier. I am and will remain an amateur.
