People tend not to thin out their carrots properly.
Done right they are one of the easiest vegetables to grow CJ.

That I think is the challenging part, to thin them out properly. But we may try growing some in the summer :)

Oh if you do it in the open ground you will nail it, people try to do in shallow pots and surprise surprise get pishpoor results!
