The entire reason behind my purchase of these 3D printers was so that I can make my own tools for the homestead farm. In this case, I needed some gardening tools so I can start getting some things planted. Instead of going to Amazon or Walmart to get them, I made my own! That's the whole point of this DIY self-reliant journey I am on.

The great thing about the 3D printing world is that there is a design for virtually anything you need, and if you can't find one the suits your fancy, well, there is always free programs like Tinkercad where you can go and design your own! In this case I easily found designs on Thingiverse so I downloaded and threw them into my Cura Slicer program to get the settings and placement dialed in for my printers, then started printing!

If you have though about getting into 3D printing, you should really give it a go! It's really fun watching these things work their magic and I have found is more entertaining than anything I can find online, lol.

So, now I have my tools, I can get out in the garden and get things going!

Until next time...

Be cool, be real, and always abide my dudes!

Now that's what I'm talking about. lol That's so dope!

Yeah I am loving the 3D rabbit hole I have fell down, lol. I am looking all over the house for shit to print, lol.

Not a lot of things as coll as being able to make your own tools. Amazing

I am having fun with it for sure

I really like the idea of a 3d printer. I just wonder how much I would use it. Will those tools be reasonably tough? I can see that there would be various useful items I could make.

Yeah I make everything with a stronger plastic that can handle heat and such. They are pretty beefy. I love being able to make pretty much anything I need.

That’s utterly brilliant and hope they serve you well. Do you remake things and iterate their designs much?

If I need to remake for my purpose I will. But if it’s already designed, I’ll print what works.

That's pretty cool actually

wow amazing, but it is no easy to access... cost of 3D printer??
