More focused on me - Más enfocada en mi

Hello everyone! Today was a great day for me, today I finally got my new Corrective Lenses. I really needed them, because my previous lenses had their formula expired and the frame even broke. On Saturday I went to Optica Basulto, I had my eye exam, my difficulty is that I can hardly see at all far away, the exam was quite quick and I chose the frame at once. Given the time, they told me to come on Monday to pick them up. However, I went yesterday and they didn't have them ready. Today, Tuesday, when I was at work, I received a call from them informing me that I could pick them up, I was very excited.

In the afternoon, after lunch I went with my brother @gardenkaiser and my mum @yennysferm71 and a friend from the University @dev.logs So I picked up my glasses, I took pictures, and I even got dizzy, because I have to adapt to this new formula progressively, they make me very dizzy especially when I look at the floor. Having my glasses is very important for me, because of my studies, which are mostly on the computer and work at home. We must always invest in our health to feel capable and in good condition, both physically and mentally in our work, daily activities and hobbies, so that we can give our all, enjoy, learn and always move forward in an effective way.

¡Hola a Todos! Hoy fue un gran día para mí, hoy por fin pude obtener mis nuevos Lentes Correctivos. Me hacían mucha falta, porque mis lentes anteriores tenían su fórmula vencida y la montura incluso se me rompió. El sábado fui a Óptica Basulto, me realicé mi examen visual, mi dificultad es que no veo casi nada de lejos, el examen fue bastante rápido y elegí la montura de una vez. Dada la hora me dijeron que viniera el lunes a retirarlos. Sin embargo, ayer fui y no los tenían listos. Hoy martes cuando estaba en mi trabajo, recibí una llamada de ellos informándome que ya podía retirarlos, me emocioné muchísimo.

En la tarde, luego del almuerzo fui con mi hermano @gardenkaiser y mi mamá @yennysferm71 y un amigo de la Universidad @dev.logs Así que retiré mis lentes, tomé foticos, y hasta me dio un mareo, porque debo adaptarme a esta nueva fórmula progresivamente, me marean mucho sobre todo al ver al piso. Tener los lentes es muy importante para mí, por los estudios que son más que todo en la computadora y el trabajo en casa. Hay que invertir siempre en nuestra salud para sentirnos capaces y en buenas condiciones, tanto física y mental en nuestro trabajo, actividades diarias y hobbies, y así poder darlo todo, disfrutar, aprender y avanzar siempre de forma efectiva
