Desde hace días venimos implementando una nueva forma de hacer marketing para atraer nuevos hivers y ayer comenzamos con la idea de todos los domingos por la tarde reunirnos en una plaza y comenzar a dar marcha a esta idea, todo esto se trata de reunir y hacer música en este decidimos que sea una tarde de tambor donde los chicos que quieran aprender o de alguna forma participar es libre de hacerlo, esto permite que los chicos tengan una libre expresión planificamos que la otra semana sea una tarde de freestyle ya que debemos variar para que sea más fácil llamar la atención.
For days we have been implementing a new way of marketing to attract new hivers and yesterday we started with the idea of every Sunday afternoon to meet in a square and start to give this idea a go, this is all about meeting and making music in this we decided to make it a drumming afternoon where the kids who want to learn or somehow participate is free to do so, this allows the kids to have a free expression we plan that the other week will be a freestyle afternoon as we must vary to make it easier to attract attention.
La idea es movernos por diferentes lugares haciendo música y atrayendo personas, existen muchos chicos que su forma de liberar el estrés es la música es por eso que nosotros como equipo de full urban les permitimos está plataforma de #hive para que ellos sean libres y puedan dejar fluir su mente. La mayoría de las personas cree que trabajar con jóvenes es complicado y este proyecto me ha enseñado los contrario me ha permitido darme cuenta que cada uno es único a su manera y para entenderlos solo debo tener la mente abierta y saber trabajar con el potencial que cada uno diferente me demuestra.
The idea is to move around different places making music and attracting people, there are many kids that their way of releasing stress is music, that's why we as a full urban team allow them this #hive platform so they can be free and let their mind flow. Most people think that working with young people is complicated and this project has taught me the opposite, it has allowed me to realize that each one is unique in their own way and to understand them I just have to have an open mind and know how to work with the potential that each different one shows me.
